COTO DE CAZA
Coto de Caza's name loosly translates from Portuguese as "pursuit of the hunt." What began as a hunting lodge for Hollywood stars was transformed into the beautiful guard-gated community of over 4,000 homes surrounded by wildlife and mountain views.
Dove Canyon is a private community located at the base of Saddleback Canyone with more than 1,200 homes. The focal point is the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course as well as the extraordinary clubhouse inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright.
Ladera Ranch spans 4,000 rolling acres in the foothills of Saddleback Mountain on land previously used for cattle ranching and farming. The master-planned community began in 1999, and was organized into 9 villages, with unique neighborhoods in each village.

Rancho Santa Margarita's rich history dates back to the Native Americans and then cattle ranching, into what is now a master-planned community that began in 1986. Voted one of the safest cities, with more than 16,000 households and 47,000 residents.
RANCHO MISSION VIEJO
Rancho Mission Viejo is a new community built on a 23,000 acre ranch providing several mixed-use villages over the next 15 years. Up to 14,000 homes will be built, with 6,000 for 55+, along with commercial and retail spaces, community parks and schools.
